WHAT: Sunlight is shining on the Great Hall at Chicago Union Station once again! Teams recently completed a major restoration of the skylight that is at the center of the train station and EarthCam is marking the milestone by sharing its 4K construction time-lapse movie of the unique project.
WHY: From October 2017 to December 2018, EarthCam’s construction camera documented progress as the 2019-foot long skylight was completely restored. See the project from several unique perspectives, from inside the Great Hall to an aerial exterior view above the iconic building.
