But digging for this 19th Hole entertainment zone is no easy task. Basements in Arizona require hard digs and assuring proper drainage, two important considerations and challenges when building a basement.

The No. 7 course, which is now open, is one of only two private par 54-rated courses in the United States and is expected to be a significant draw for Desert Mountain.
