"WestBridge Partners shares the excitement with all parties in this deal," said Gary A. Peterson, Managing Partner at WestBridge Partners. "The companies share philosophies based on honesty and integrity, and I am pleased that we were able to deliver a sound sale."
"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to acquire a high-quality asset and a company with great leadership and personnel who share our values," said the mergers and acquisition team of ESS, Glen Robertson and Keith Bennet.
Other deals brokered by WBP include the sale of J. Banicki Construction, Inc. to Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) and Pepper-Lawson to WW Webber/Ferrovial.
