ENERGY SYSTEMS DESIGN OPENS AN AUSTIN, TEXAS OFFICE & STAFF PROMOTION

Energy Systems Design, Inc. (ESD) announces the opening of a new office in Austin, Texas. The new office will allow ESD to build on its service to clients throughout Texas and the neighboring South-Central United States with expertise, knowledge, and experience through a growing firm of talented engineers. ESD chose Austin as the location for the new office as it is recognized as an area of innovation and expansion; where the market sectors of K-12 and higher education, new corporate offices and tenant improvements are flourishing.

In conjunction with the new office opening, the company announced the promotion of Henry Melcher, P.E. to Director of the new Austin office. Henry has served as Mechanical Department Head since 2013 and has spent his entire professional career with ESD. In his new position, he will oversee the Austin office, and additionally manage and support business development activities. During start-up, he will serve as the point of contact for our three disciplines, plan and guide initiatives as they relate to internal operations, and external relationships.
