The Arizona Court of Appeals affirms the enforceability of form contracts that reference separate provisions, and offers a reminder to business owners to be cautious about what they sign.

Each room was designed to regulate temperature and house 160 specialized high-voltage lights. True Harvest contracted with Rocinante Construction to be the general contractor for the construction of the new rooms.
