GoDaddy Completes Renovations at Scottsdale Corporate Campus

GoDaddy's corporate location in Scottsdale received quite a makeover this summer with the help of hardison/downey construction and SmithGroup JJR.

Additions to the workplace include four huddle rooms, two new restrooms, one unisex restroom, conference rooms, a new break room, prize room, small private offices and open office space. The huddle rooms are designed for employees to have private conversations away from the rest of the office, and the prize room contains different call center incentives and prizes for employees. The project also features high-end finishes, exposed ceilings and a glass roll-up door.

Project Manager Rebecca Lamotte says her favorite feature of the project is the glass roll-up door in the break room, as well as the light fixtures and "beautiful" carpet.

"Smith group puts together such an exceptional design for their customers," Lamotte says. "The break room is full of snacks and coffee, and the full glass roll-up door will be awesome once the fall weather shows up to let in some fresh air."

This renovation is one of numerous projects hardison/downey has done for GoDaddy. Lamotte says they have worked at their Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix and Gilbert locations.

"GoDaddy is always growing and changing and that is one of my favorite things about working for them," she says. "They are always looking for new construction products and better ways to serve the end user, which is their employees."
