Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West business law firm, announced Sarah Strunk, chair of the firm's board of directors, has been elected chair of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) board of directors. In her role with the GPCC she will continue to lead the Chamber's political advocacy and focus to help all business connect and prosper.

Strunk practices in the area of business and finance law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance and public-private partnerships. She has substantial experience with international sales contracts, public records laws, open meeting laws, privacy obligations and duties for privacy breaches and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance. In addition to her position with the GPCC, Strunk serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Rocky Mineral Law Foundation. She earned her LL.M. from New York University, her J.D. from the University of Kansas and her B.A. from Wichita State University.
