Agate Construction has announced the completion of construction of Roadrunner Harley Davidson.
The new dealership, which includes parts, retail and full mechanical service departments, consists of 20,000 square feet of masonry and steel structure with slab-on-grade concrete. The front elevation features the “Jewel Box”, a two-story glass box for displaying the dealership’s most prominent motorcycles. Other project highlights include a TPO roof with storefront glazing, coiling security doors on the patios and approximately 23,000 square feet of motorcycle test track.
Roadrunner Harley Davidson is frontage facing on Interstate 10. Located at 1402 N 159th Avenue in Goodyear, the neighborhood is experiencing a period of rapid growth and the dealership is expected to bring an influx of employment.
Despite challenges, such as incomplete municipal utility connections at the time of ground breaking, Agate Construction team’s perseverance and creativity resulted in timely project completion, on budget and with no injuries. The project’s architect is BRB Architects and the owner is Chilton Properties.
