Agate Construction has completed construction of an expansion and remodel of the Chapman Collision Service Center, located at 5031 S Kyrene Road, Tempe.
The remodel of the existing building included developing the existing paint area into new warehouse space and exterior work. The 8000 square foot expansion houses three new paint booths and two new prep stations. The CMU building has a steel roofing package, concrete foundations, and polished floors. Exterior work at the property included new sidewalks and concrete drive approaches. Agate Construction completed construction in phases while keeping the facility fully operational throughout the course of the project.
The architect for the project is BRB Architects and the owner is Chapman Automotive Group.
