Alston Construction announced today that they have begun ground up construction on Phelan Pecos Center I.
Located on E. Pecos Rd in Mesa, Arizona, the project consists of three buildings totaling 470,970 square feet on 25.27 acres of land. The scope of work includes concrete tilt panels with castellated beams, and metal deck with TPO roofing. Additionally, it includes a cast-in-place concrete pipe for underground stormwater retention, and will be associated with dry and wet utilities.
Once stabilized with tenants, each tenant will bring a need for local labor, which will increase job opportunities within the community. Developed by Phelan Development Company and owned by CRP/PDC Pecos & Hawes Owner LLC, the project is valued at $47 million. Construction is scheduled for completion in February 2024.
