Andy Chambers and Clark Hodgson Join Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall’s Phoenix Office

Clark Hodgson, III have joined the Phoenix office of JKW, a full-service law firm with a broad regional footprint, as partners in the firm's construction litigation and surety & fidelity practices.

Andy Chambers is a trusted counselor and skilled litigator with a passion for advocating for his clients. He provides strategic, solution-driven legal counsel to individuals and business executives across a diverse range of industries, which include commercial real estate, construction and development, surety and fidelity, financial services, insurance, professional services, and non-profit organizations. C. Clark Hodgson, III is an experienced litigator and counselor who clients rely on for effectively navigating complex commercial disputes, transactions, and workouts. He regularly assists businesses and individuals with construction related matters, complex commercial litigation, surety and fidelity bond claims, and professional liability claims. Over the years, Clark has also become known for successfully managing e-discovery projects and special situations, such as sensitive internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and asset protection strategies for high net-worth clients. He also regularly advises clients on corporate matters such as governance, formation, and reorganization as well as real estate transactions.
