Greenlight Communities, the pioneering Scottsdale-based real-estate developer dedicated to constructing attainable workforce rental housing, announces the groundbreaking of a new Streamliner Community in Peoria at 87th Ave and Peoria Ave.
This project will be a pair of firsts for Greenlight, the developers’ first project in Peoria and the first Streamliner 2.0 project.
