Top-producing broker and former Gilbert Vice Mayor brings broad expertise to boutique firm

Specializing in metro Phoenix’s East Valley, Krueger represents investors, landlords and tenants across all asset classes, but with a particular background in the office, retail, industrial/flex and land sectors.

A seasoned commercial real estate executive, she also brings decades of experience as a civic leader and entrepreneur. This includes serving as a Gilbert Zoning Commissioner and Commission Chair, member of the Gilbert Town Council and as Gilbert Vice Mayor during one of the Arizona community’s most significant periods of growth. Her career trajectory also includes nearly 30 years in international technology sales, marketing and business development.
