Diversified Partners Announces New Cirrus Simulator Building in Scottsdale

Diversified Partners, a leading Scottsdale-based real estate brokerage and development firm, announced that Cirrus, a global leader in personal aviation, has leased Suite C of the building located at 15979 N. 76th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Cirrus will use the space to house a new flight simulator to support Cirrus Vision Jet recurrent flight instruction.

The state-of-the-art facility offers a modern environment tailored to Cirrus’s high-performance training needs. The expansion supports Cirrus Vision Jet recurrent flight training. Scottsdale is known for its active aviation community and high volume of private aircraft operations.
