This state-of-the-art facility is where Liebherr pumps are expertly integrated with North American chassis, ensuring each unit is precisely fitted to meet the specific requirements of individual customers.

Demonstrating further commitment in quality and customization, a notable investment was made in 2024 by allocating $7 million to the construction of a specialized on-site paint booth. This new booth is the largest on the east coast and allows each Liebherr pump model to be custom painted according to customer preferences, further tailoring each product to fit unique customer branding.

Equipped for everyday needs

Liebherr offers multiple truck-mounted concrete pump variations in North America. The pumps are compact and travel easily on standard roads allowing for quick transportation, set up, and placing concrete. The pumps are also equipped with multi-section booms in Z-fold and M-fold configurations, providing flexible configurations and reach to navigate over tall structures or span wide distances.

Equipped with Liebherr’s XXT outrigger support system, the trucks are engineered to maintain stability even in confined, congested, or urban jobsites where both personnel and machinery are constantly moving.

Additionally, all pumping requirements are built standard into the machine including the boom, hopper, controls, and storage space for hoses and tools. The design and kinematics of the boom ensure low oscillation while pumping, and the shape of the charging hopper allows for a smooth flow of concrete and exceptionally good material cylinder fill performance.

Liebherr’s latest truck-mounted concrete pumps also offer advanced technological features, including powerbloc, XXA stability assistance system, and a half-closed circuit (HCC). Developed and manufactured in Germany, these systems make the pump more efficient, allow for more stability support options, and guarantee all drives are permanently supplied with reliable hydraulic power. Each of these further aids in a higher service life and less downtime on site.
