LGE Design Build, a regional leader in design-build construction, announced today the groundbreaking of its new headquarters for Loftin Equipment in Phoenix. The facility will be a combination of office and warehouse space for a total of 20,549 square feet. Designed by Mike Russo with LGE Design Group, the building features integral color masonry with desert tones and a modern cantilevered steel canopy at the entrance. The warehouse space features natural daylighting from clerestory windows and 18-foot clear height to maximize storage space.
