Paul Arnold Joins ESS Companies Executive Management Team

ESS Companies (ESSC), a heavy civil construction holding company with operating organizations across Arizona, Colorado, and the Midwest, announced today that Paul Arnold has been named Executive Vice President, Operations, joining the ESSC Executive Management Team. 

Recently, ESSC made two acquisitions in Colorado, Monks Construction and ESCO Construction. Arnold’s role expansion comes as ESSC continues to grow its footprint in high‑growth markets and invests in leadership capacity to support long‑term strategic growth. In his new role, Arnold will provide operational leadership at the enterprise level, positioning the organization for future growth.

During a planned transition period, Arnold will continue to serve in executive roles with both Midwest subsidiary Emery Sapp & Sons and ESSC, ensuring a steady, thoughtful leadership transition.
