Primak Construction Group (PCG), a leading Arizona-based commercial and industrial contractor, has begun work on the renovation and expansion of High Desert Hyundai, located at 4195 Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, Arizona.

The 19,900-square-foot automotive dealership project includes the renovation of a 14,043-square-foot service and sales center along with the addition of a 1,963-square-foot service drive, a 2,701-square-foot showroom, and a 786-square-foot vehicle delivery area. The 7-month project began in February 2026 and is expected to be completed by September 2026.

PCG provided preconstruction services for the project, helping establish project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination during the early planning phases to support an efficient construction and design process.

Key project features include a newly designed showroom as well as upgraded service and operational capabilities, including a new vehicle alignment machine, tread checkers, vehicle lifts, and enhanced vehicle display areas designed to improve both customer experience and dealership operations.

“This renovation represents a significant investment in the future of our dealership and in the experience we provide our customers,” said Jeremy Ward, general manager and dealer partner at High Desert Hyundai. “The expanded showroom, upgraded service capabilities, and improved vehicle delivery areas will allow us to better serve our growing customer base while creating a more modern, comfortable, and efficient environment for both our guests and our team.”

The project marks the beginning of a new client relationship between Primak Construction Group, John Mahoney Architect, LLC, and High Desert Hyundai. PCG was selected for the project because of their expertise in constructing and remodeling nearly forty other automotive dealerships.

“This project reflects our continued commitment to delivering quality construction solutions that support our clients’ long-term operational goals,” said Lou Primak, president of Primak Construction Group. “And we’re very excited to partner with High Desert Hyundai and John Mahoney Architect on a modernization effort that will enhance the customer experience while improving service capabilities for the dealership.”
