Ryan Companies’ Southwest Real Estate Management Portfolio Continues to Grow in 2020

Ryan Companies’ real estate management and building services team announces the addition of several significant properties to the Southwest management portfolio including: Make-A-Wish America, CopperPoint Insurance Companies, 777 Tower at Novus Innovation Corridor and Chandler Airport Commerce Park.

Ryan’s real estate management team offers property management, building maintenance, transition management, lease acceleration and construction management—and 75 percent of their Southwest assignments are third-party contracts.

“Our team proactively manages all properties as if they were our own,” said Alisa Timm, vice president of real estate management. “As building owners, ourselves, we share our clients’ vision and truly understand the importance of maximizing tenant satisfaction, minimizing expenses and protecting the value of an asset.”

Ryan recently transitioned 777 Tower at Novus Innovation Corridor and Chandler Airport Commerce Park from construction to operations.

“Ryan’s management team has exceeded our expectations—they went above and beyond to ensure our move into the new building felt welcoming and safe,” said Patrick Panetta, director, project management, University Real Estate Development, Arizona State University.

Ryan made yet another transition—as the new real estate management team for Make-A-Wish America. The team will focus on customer service, financial budgeting, expense control, lease administration, daily vendor activities, building maintenance and tenant engagement.

“The Make-A-Wish America building is an epicenter that empowers chapters all across the country to positively impact the lives of children—we are honored to provide management services for this property,” Timm said.

In addition to the new management assignments, CopperPoint Insurance Companies recently tapped Ryan to support accounting activities for its two Phoenix properties.

According to Timm, Ryan continues to grow their portfolio in the Southwest region and is working with brokers to increase leasing while providing top of the line service to owners and tenants.

“We continue to enjoy a long-standing relationship working with Ryan Companies’ real estate management team; they are pros and deliver incredible care and financial results for our clients,” said Andrew Cheney, principal, Lee & Associates. “Ryan truly understands how to manage a building to support leasing efforts — they are a dream to tenants and owners.”

Ryan’s local team of 45 people currently manage and or maintain nearly 6 million square feet of properties in the valley. The company currently manages more than 15 million square feet of office, medical, industrial and retail properties throughout the United States.
