Second Consecutive Win, Lifestyle Homes Named AEC Service Company of the Year Award

Information Management Network (IMN) kicked off its three-day Single-Family Rental (SFR) Forum in Scottsdale with a dinner and award ceremony held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess on Monday, Dec. 1.  The award ceremony celebrates companies for industry excellence in multiple categories. It is the second year in a row, IMN honored the Scottsdale general contractor, a leader in build-to-rent communities, as the 2025 Architect, Engineer & Construction (AEC) Service company of the year. Lifestyle Homes owner and managing partner, Lance Keller and Vice President Greg Gaskill of Lifestyle Homes were in attendance.

Lifestyle Homes earned its reputation as a leading general contractor of build-to-rent communities. Since the company’s inception, Lifestyle Homes has been responsible for the construction of approximately 25 communities, totaling more than 4,800 rental homes. From 2024 through 2025, Lifestyle Homes has 14 build-to-rent communities actively under construction.

As a BTR community general contractor, Lifestyle Home oversees the construction of homes, amenities and infrastructure. This includes the paved roads and sidewalks, community infrastructure for water, sewer and technical electrical designs for all structures and community lighting. It also includes enclosed parking structures, stand-alone parking canopies, the community clubhouses, fitness centers, pickleball courts, pools, barbeque areas and pocket parks.

Nominations for IMN Single Family Rental Awards are evaluated by a panel of industry representatives and graded. Companies receiving the highest scores for the presentation and examples of their work are named finalists in November with final winners announced at the awards dinner in December.
