Seefried Industrial Properties and WDP Partners Break Ground on 269,100-Square-Foot Industrial Park in Chandler

Class A development will deliver two buildings in the Chandler Airpark submarket

Seefried Industrial Properties, in partnership with WDP Partners, has broken ground on a new Class A industrial project at 1703 S. Arizona Ave. (State Route 87) in Chandler. Situated on 16.7 acres just north of Germann Road, the two-building project will add 269,100 square feet of modern industrial space to the Chandler Airpark submarket, the city’s fastest-growing employment corridor.

Building A will total 69,300 square feet, while Building B will total 199,800 square feet. Both buildings will feature 32-foot clear heights and ESFR sprinkler systems, with a combined 65 dock-high doors, four grade-level doors, 204 parking spaces and 56 trailer spaces.

The project’s Arizona Avenue location provides immediate access to one of the Southeast Valley’s primary north-south arterials, with direct connectivity to Loop 202 via a full-diamond interchange less than one mile away. Users will also benefit from efficient access to Loop 101 and Interstate 10, Chandler Municipal Airport, the Price Corridor, the East Valley labor pool and regional distribution routes serving metropolitan Phoenix and the broader Southwest.

ARCO is serving as the project’s general contractor.

Completion is anticipated in the third quarter of 2027.
