The new hires bring highly specialized regional expertise. As Client Advisor, Castillo’s focus will be on how Weems can service the needs of the HOA and multifamily residential sectors in Southern Arizona and provide end-to-end project management. He will be focused on bringing Weems’ supportive, family-like culture and premium service standards directly to residential communities.
In his role as Division Manager, Kelly will coordinate regional public works, private development, and educational projects.
