Release & Receive at Castle Hot Springs (December 31, 2025 – January 1, 2026)

  • New Year’s Eve Breath & Sound: A Regenerative Ritual  To close out the year, Castle Hot Springs invites guests to look inward with a guided breath and sound immersion rooted in the science of the vagus nerve toning to reset the body’s parasympathetic “rest and digest” system. Through vibration, breathwork, and intention-setting, participants are guided to release what no longer serves them and open space for clarity, peace, and vitality in the year ahead.

  • New Year’s Day Stillness & Script: An Intention-Setting Meditation – On New Year’s Day, guests can ring in the new year with a morning of contemplative quiet. Led by the resort’s expert wellness practitioners, Stillness & Script combines journaling and guided meditation to help participants inhabit the clear mental space created the night before to align resolutions into resounding intentions for the year to come.

Available individually or as a two-day series, these experiences reflect Castle Hot Springs’ specialty in holistic, nature-based, and regenerative wellness – where stillness and the body’s natural rhythms guide guests on a transformative journey.
