Alston Construction recently announced that they have begun tenant improvements on
Pecos & Hawes, located on E. Pecos Rd. The project will include interior and exterior improvements to Buildings A, B, and C.
The three buildings total 470,970 square feet on 25.27 acres of land. The scope of work includes constructing an open office, private offices, a conference room, a break room, restrooms, and storage for each of the three buildings. Building A will have 2,900 square feet of tenant improvements, and Buildings B and C will have two 1,900 square feet of tenant improvements.
Owned and developed by Phelan Development Company, tenant improvements to these three buildings will allow for immediate occupancy. The construction of Building A is valued at $3.6 Million, Building B at $2.8 Million, and Building C at $3.1 Million.
The scheduled completion date of these tenant improvements is June 2024.
