Following the success of our Net Zero Construction Conference 2023 where we learn from top leaders and academics in sustainable construction technologies, Giatec continues to recognize the value of academic research in the field. Thus, we are delighted to announce the 2023 edition of the Giatec Best Paper Award for Sustainability in Construction contest.
This award is open to civil-engineering professors, undergraduate and graduate students, and researchers across Canada and the U.S. Faculty and students can submit either an expository paper or a previously published article on topics such as net-zero concrete practices, sustainable construction, advances in alternative materials and more. The winner will receive a monetary award of 1,000 USD and be featured across the different Giatec channels including the Net Zero Construction Conference (N0CC).
