Cheers rumbled throughout the Enclave business park in Tempe last week during the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Canyon State Electric’s (CSE) new office headquarters, located at 1618 S Priest Dr., #101, Tempe, AZ 85281.

The new location features nearly 15,000 SF of office space and a warehouse over 6,000 SF— a combined footprint almost double the size of the company’s previous location in Phoenix. The conjoined office and warehouse will give CSE the ability to house both office and prefabrication teams in the same building.

“This marks a new chapter for Canyon State Electric,” said CEO Stephanie Maderazzo-Hughes. “It’s my fifth office move with CSE, and by far the biggest. I look forward to how this new space will allow our growing team to complete construction projects more efficiently and collaboratively.”

Canyon State Electric requests that all clients, partners, and stakeholders update their records to reflect the new business address:

Canyon State Electric 4640 E McDowell Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85008

The building was purchased in January of this year, and the interior was redesigned and built to fit Canyon State Electric’s needs. While CSE self-performed the electrical and low-voltage scopes of construction, many other partners made the project’s completion possible, such as Arizona Appliance & Home, Arok, ASAP Commercial Doors, Elontec, Goodmans, McCarthy-Nordburg, National Office Liquidators, Optimum Furniture & Millwork, Paragon Sign, Properguard, SHADE Architects, Strategy Millwork & Designs, and Total Protection Films.

Canyon State Electric will host an open house early next year, with details to follow soon.

“This beautiful new office is amazingly spacious, bright, and immediately welcoming when you walk in the door! Everyone is smiling,” said Rosie Steward, Senior Project Coordinator.
