Canyon State Electric announced Monday that Vince DiGuglielmo will be taking on the role of Vice President of Growth & Development. The move brings CSE’s marketing, recruitment, business development, and estimating teams under one unified department, aligning the company’s growth functions to support a more cohesive strategy and client experience.

DiGuglielmo joined CSE in 2022 as Marketing Manager after working in the digital agency space. He later expanded his responsibilities to oversee recruitment and business development before becoming Director of Strategy, where he led the implementation of CSE’s business operating system and helped teams establish KPIs and organizational goals.

“This change brings together our growth engines in a way that strengthens our vision, workflow, and client experience,” DiGuglielmo said. “I’m grateful to work alongside such incredibly talented teams.”

President Robert Hughes said the promotion reflects DiGuglielmo’s consistent drive and impact on the organization. “From day one, Vince has been pushing boundaries, spotting opportunities before they’re obvious, and building momentum where others see obstacles.”

Hughes emphasized DiGuglielmo’s leadership, curiosity, and drive to grow both people and the business, adding that he is excited to see him excel “at an even bigger scale in this new role.”

During his time at Canyon State Electric, DiGuglielmo helped launch the company’s new website, tripled annual hiring, expanded the LEGO Drive’s yearly intake by more than 600%, and supported initiatives that earned CSE dozens of local and national awards. He also played a key role in launching the 4×5 Suicide Prevention Program and strengthening employee engagement across the organization.

“We have a running joke that when someone does something well they’re ‘Vincing,’” said Hughes. “I’m excited to see how he continues ‘Vincing’ at an even bigger scale in this new role.”
