Justin LeMaster has been named Vice President of U.S. Industrial for Hopewell Development LP (“Hopewell”). The new position in the company was created to lead growth in the U.S. marketplace.

Justin’s impressive client, tenant and broker relationships coupled with his transaction history will immediately enhance and increase our presence in the U.S. industrial marketplace.”
As Vice President of U.S. Industrial, LeMaster will be responsible for growing the Hopewell footprint in the United States. The company currently has 11 industrial properties in the greater Phoenix area (three of which are newly constructed developments) and has five additional development projects planned. In addition, the company is working on a new industrial development project in Fort Worth, TX and actively sourcing additional development opportunities in other US markets. LeMaster will lead acquisition and leasing efforts, as well as dispositions and asset management for Hopewell in the United States.
Justin will be based in Phoenix, AZ where Hopewell has been very active in the development and acquisition of industrial assets over the past decade. Prior to joining Hopewell, Justin most recently served as Vice President of Leasing and Development for Liberty Property Trust where he was responsible for overseeing their Arizona operation which included a 2.8 million SF Industrial portfolio. Previous to that, Justin was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, handling sales and leasing of industrial assets and land in Metro Phoenix.
