KITCHELL DEVELOPMENT CELEBRATES LEASING SUCCESS AT ELLIOT 94 AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES AT ELLIOT 96

Kitchell Development Company proudly announces that MAC.BID, a leader in online auctions and discounted merchandise, has signed a lease for 113,530 square feet at Elliot 94, Kitchell’s premier Class A industrial development in Mesa. This milestone marks 75% occupancy of Phase 1, with just one 50,509-square-foot space remaining in the four-building development.



 

Located in the heart of Mesa’s thriving Elliot Road Technology Corridor, Elliot 94 has already become a cornerstone of commerce in the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway submarket. The project’s success reflects the strong demand for high-quality industrial space in the region.

With Elliot 96 expected to deliver an additional 265,324 square feet of industrial space by the end of 2024, Kitchell Development is strategically positioned to support the continued growth of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway area.

 

This Class A industrial project offers up to 265,324 square feet of leasable space designed to meet the demands of modern industrial tenants. The state-of-the-art facilities will feature amenities such as Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinklers, R-30 insulation, a 180-foot concrete truck court and ample parking for staff.
