LGE Design Build & Echo Real Estate Capital Break Ground on Echo Park 303

676,000-Square-Foot Best-In-Class Industrial Project Now Underway in the West Valley

Leading design-build construction firm LGE Design Build, alongside developer Echo Real Estate Capital, announced today the official start of construction on Echo Park 303, a two-building, modern industrial facility in Glendale near the intersection of Northern Parkway and Reems Road.

With an expected completion of Q3 2023, the 676,176-square-foot best-in-class industrial product will sit on nearly 40 acres of land -- marking the latest addition to the flourishing Loop 303 corridor. Echo Park 303 will feature two buildings, including a 455,936-square-foot facility and a smaller 220,240-square-foot building. Ample parking will be available with 743 parking spaces and gated yards for nearly 150 trailer spaces.

“The West Valley is quickly becoming one of the premier industrial submarkets in the nation,” said Blake Wells, director of preconstruction at LGE Design Build. “Echo Park 303’s accessibility to Loop 303 and Interstate 10, paired with its immediate proximity to nearby distribution centers for major brands, makes this an ideal location for companies looking to distribute products across the Southwest.”

Highlighted by the signature modern architecture of LGE Design Group, these buildings will feature two stories of storefront window systems to allow for natural lighting in the lobbies and offices situated on the corners of the buildings.

“With a project of this size, there are countless moving parts which makes it imperative that we work with partners that exude collaboration, craftsmanship and integrity,” said Jon Boyajian of Echo Real Estate Capital. “LGE Design Build has a proven track record for creating a seamless process from conceptual design all the way to construction administration – this will set the foundation of success that is essential for a project of this caliber and scale.”
