In a move that illustrates a continued, strong commitment to its new Residential Design Build division, LGE Design Build has hired Kimmie Rodriguez-Sanchez as its business development manager.
“This s a very strategic hire for us,” said LGE Design Build CEO David E. Sellers. “We took note of how our commercial capabilities would improve the custom home building experience. Kimmie, with her strong skill set, will be ensuring these efficiencies and benefits are fully utilized by our existing clients and growing client base in the Phoenix metro residential market.”
Previously, Rodriguez-Sanchez was an account executive for the Phoenix Suns where, as a member of the ticket sales and staff team, she was in charge of generating new business revenue through memberships, and suites and group sales.
She graduated from the University of Akron where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and resides in the Biltmore area of Phoenix.
