Mack Real Estate Group and Willmeng Mark Tilt-Panels Going Vertical on Phase I
Mack Real Estate Group (MREG) recently gathered industry friends and partners to celebrate the latest project milestone on Mack Innovation Park Scottsdale. MREG, along with Willmeng Construction, marked the start of the tilt-up process on the first phase of this 124-acre industrial development along the Loop 101 freeway at Pima and Bell roads.
Project clients, partners and industrial brokers were on hand to get a closer look at the project site as the first of the two buildings in Phase I goes vertical. Building D is the first to have panels lifted, with Building C next to have walls raised. Building C is 184,960 square feet and Building D is 120,415 square feet.

MREG and Willmeng are on track to complete work on Phase I by April of 2026. This initial phase of Mack Innovation Park Scottsdale consists of two state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 305,400 square feet. The buildings are to feature 32’ clear heights, 53 dock-high doors, 20 grade-level doors, and 516 parking stalls. At full buildout, Mack Innovation Park Scottsdale will span 1.2 million square feet across 11 buildings, including nine industrial buildings comprising over 1.0 million square feet. Lenga Partners, a Chilean based real estate investment firm focused on industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use assets within the U.S. market, is MREG's equity joint venture partner in the first phase of the MIP Scottsdale project.
Mack Innovation Park Scottsdale is a rare light industrial development in the city and has excellent access to power with an APS substation adjacent to the site. The development also has ideal freeway frontage and visibility and is close to Scottsdale Airport and less than 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Butler Design Group is the project architecture firm, and its vision for Mack Innovation Park Scottsdale pays homage to the legacy of Frank Lloyd Wright and his Taliesin West, which is located just five miles away. The design is characterized by integration with the surrounding landscape, use of natural materials, and emphasis on horizontal lines. The site and landscaping, including washes and trees, are key elements in the design, reflecting Wright's philosophy of organic architecture.
In addition to Willmeng and Butler Design Group, the project team for Mack Innovation Park Scottsdale consists of Withey Morris Baugh PLC as land use counsel. Leasing agents are Mitch Stravitz and Rusty Kennedy of CBRE, James Cohn of Stream Realty, and Randy Shell of Shell Commercial.
MREG is a real estate firm with a national development and investment footprint, including a large and growing presence in Phoenix. In addition to Halo Vista, the 2,300-acre development in the North Valley surrounding Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation’s campus, MREG is currently developing industrial properties in Phoenix’s Deer Valley and Scottsdale and is an active multifamily developer in Phoenix, with several traditional multifamily and build-for-rent projects under way or recently completed.
