Primak Construction Group (PCG), a leading Arizona-based commercial and industrial contractor, has successfully completed the expansion and site improvement project at the FALCO Aluminum manufacturing facility located at 1350 S. 56th Street in Chandler, Arizona.

The project encompassed improvements across 2.87 acres and included comprehensive asphalt paving, new landscaping, and the installation of upgraded stormwater management systems. Key infrastructure enhancements included drainage basins, overhead site lighting, and a Storm Tech underground water detention system designed to support long-term site performance, regulatory compliance, and resilience during Arizona’s monsoon season.

This work represents the final phase of construction and was delivered as part of the broader phase II development of FALCO’s manufacturing campus, which began more than a year ago. The earlier phase II facility expansion, which was completed in February 2025 by the company under PCG’s former name, Agate Construction, added new manufacturing and finishing capacity to the site, laying the foundation for the recently completed exterior and infrastructure improvements.

Primak Construction Group served as the preconstruction partner and Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) for Falco, providing oversight throughout all phases of the project – from early planning and permitting through construction, inspections, and final delivery. The collaborative approach ensured the project was completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while meeting FALCO’s operational needs.

“Completing this project marks the culmination of a partnership built on trust, collaboration, and shared standards of excellence,” said Lou Primak, president and COO of Primak Construction Group. “Working alongside the FALCO team throughout the entirety of the project has been incredibly collaborative, and we’re proud to deliver a finished site that supports their long-term operational goals and continued growth.”

“This expansion represents an important step forward for our operations,” said Heather Chasten, president of FALCO Aluminum. “Primak Construction Group understood our vision and executed the design build project with professionalism and care, allowing us to better position our business for future manufacturing growth.”
