William Breier joins Radix Law as Senior Counsel. He graduated from Arizona State University's Del. E. Webb School of Construction in 2002 and received his J.D. from the Phoenix School of Law in 2012.
At the heart of his practice, William represents property owners and homeowners in large construction defect cases, design professionals, real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. William also handles commercial transactions and litigation disputes.
Prior to becoming an attorney, William worked professionally for seven years in the commercial construction industry in Arizona and Nevada, including five years as a Project Manager. In his construction career, he oversaw expansive projects including casinos, restaurants, Class A office buildings, medical office buildings, hospital/healthcare facilities, shopping centers, grocery stores, mixed-use developments, and telecommunication facilities in both the private and public sectors.
"We are excited to add Will to the Radix Law team. His unique experience before becoming a lawyer makes him well qualified to help with construction law matters and general business litigation," said Jonathan Frutkin, Principal Attorney at Radix Law.
