Despite completing much of the work without drawings, the Longbow Marketplace was just another job according to Superintendent Jamie Lorimer of the Alexander Building Company, the project’s general contractor. The $6 million project at 202 Red Mountain Freeway and Recker Road in Mesa is scheduled to run from December 2016 to December 2017.
When finished, a Sprouts Farmers Market, other retail business, and some restaurants will open in the new center. Subcontractors on the project include Ace Asphalt, McCain, Fyffe Masonry, Sunstate Plumbing, Desert Structures, Integrity Electric Co., and Skyce Steel Inc.
